A reliable user friendly machine that provides repeatable results. The TB3 model is suitable for use with PE & PET tube materials up to 50 mm in diameter, eligible tube lengths range from 105 to 220 mm. Six tubes can be accommodated at any one time (Four @ 50 mm dia). The seal produced is of flat appearance, fixed at 4 mm wide. This compact table top semi automatic unit incorporates a precise processor seal cycle control system, assuring strict sealing parameter control of seal temperature, heating time and cooling time, the processor has the ability to cater for a residual heat build up, therefore guaranteeing repeatable seal quality in continuous use.
The sealing jaws are actuated by electromagnets.
The machine is supplied complete with a set of tube holders (one pair size to be advised). The option to different size holders are available (see spec sheet). An emboss coder facility (up to 10 digits) is also an option available. An accurate Doser unit for filling the tubes would complete the system.
