Compact semi-automatic constant heat sealer for use in applications where seal integrity and repeatability is essential. Suitable for use with flexible laminated films, e.g. coated foils, coated & emulsioned papers, poly lined bags, nylon/polyesters laminates, etc.
The DD300 is available as a bench mounted unit as standard with the option of floor mounted stand. Both top and bottom sealing jaws are heated and manufactured in brass to ensure even heat distribution. Jaw profile is longitudinal precision crimp pattern.
Controls comprise, a digital temperature controller, with temperature is monitored continually via a thermo-couple sensor, an adjustable timer set the required dwell time.
The seal cycle is initiated by an electrical foot switch, which closes the jaws for a pre-determined time, at the end of this period the jaws open automatically.
Options available are a Emboss code system which appears in the seal line (up to 13 Digits single line),
an adjustable product support table mounted from an optional stand.
