Product Description
The Polymaster is a heavy duty model of continuous feed stand alone heat sealing system. Manufacture by our selves. this sealing system has become available as a result of body style updates and a changes to the conveyor drive. A free-standing overhead variable speed model of rotary Band Sealer, supplied with a height adjustable floor stand and an integral 2 metre high level belt conveyor. This model is typically used for product types that are free flowing, liquids and powders etc. The Polymaster is suitable for use with single web plastics e.g polythene bags, polypropylene pouches, etc. It can also accommodate co-extruded and laminated plastic film pouches.
Internally, the sealing head passes the bag top through an arrangement of precisely controlled heater bars, pressure wheels and is then air cooled to provide a high seal integrity of good visual appearance at exit.
The System is supplied in Stainless steel.
