This range of Constant Heat Sealers are used for sealing mainly {laminated (complex) films}
in either sheet, pre made pouch or sack form.
Suitable materials used for this sealing process include Poly lined/coated
foils and papers, nylon, polyesters, cellophanes etc.
Our constantly heated jaw sealers have evolved from the simple compact manual operated unit to semi automatic sophisticated pneumatically operated models capable of having precise measurable control on time, temperature and pressure. This category of sealer uses the principle of achieving and maintaining a set temperature within the specific sealing band specified by packaging material/film manufactures. All our models are fitted with electronic temperature controller, infinitely variable up to 250 degrees C. Jaw temperature is continuously monitored by a thermocouple sensor. |

Standard machines are supplied with both sealing jaws heated.
Jaw profiles are either crimp pattern or flat faced depending
on requirements, manufactured from brass for even heat distribution.
These Constant Heat Sealing Machines can be found in many diverse industries e.g. From medical/research establishments to food processing factories and chemical industry. All standard models are produced in a hard wearing powder coat finish, colour white. Stainless steel version, waterproof and hazardous area applications can be quoted against specific requests. |
