A small manually operated machine suitable for small pouches/sachets up to a maximum length of 250mm producing a seal 12mm wide. Foot operated it is generally supplied with a simple chain operated foot pedal which hangs directly below the unit. A mechanical cable pedal version is available to allow greater flexibility in positional location of the pedal.

This dedicated simple sack sealer has been produced for applications where there is a requirement to produce a quality seal in low volume production. Operation is by an integral mechanical foot pedal. This model is only available in one size, seal area 625mm long 12mm wide. (not suitable for gusseted sacks).
Offering the same level control as F.S.A. model this pneumatically operated robust sack sealer finds itself equally at home in harsh environments, built to a minimum IP54 ingress protection spec. For repeatable control over all sealing parameters i.e. seal temp, time and pressure. Seal time is fixed by adjustable electronic timer with pressure being controlled by air regulator. This Machine is capable of sealing through up to four ply poly lined paper gusseted sacks. Seal area 625mm long 19mm wide.
Designed primarily for use with barrier foils in application where it is necessary to take the sealing machine to job. This hand tool can generally be found in export packing houses, used in the pre packing of heavy machinery prior to creating. Seal area 300mm long 12mm wide.
Note: This is an constantly heated sealing machine. For practical operation of this sealing machine it is not possible to guard the sealing jaws. It is necessary to follow a strict operating procedure when using this machine
