Hot jaw sack sealer is air operated constant heat sealing machine.
This model has been introduced specifically to seal laminated foil and paper/poly lined muli wall sacks.
Its heavy duty construction and wide sealing jaws (19mm) ensure hermetic seals even through multi layers and gussets.
The machine is built as standard to an IP54 ingress protection rating enabling its use in relatively harsh environments.
Both top and bottom sealing jaws are heated and are manufactured in brass for a long life and even heat distribution.
The controls are mounted on the side of the machine and consist of a precise electronic temperature contoller, dwell timer and main switch.
Electronic temperatute control monitors jaw heat via a thermocouple sensor.
Range up to 250 degrees C with lockable control knob.
Timer is variable up to 20 seconds heat dwell.
Jaw pressure is controlled by an air regulator.
Sealing is initiated by use of safetry foot switch (air bellows type).
