ASTRAPAC - IMPULSE HEAT SEALER RANGE Consort Sack Sealer (Manual):
Consort Sack Sealer (Manual): The Consort manually operated constant heat sack sealer has been designed primarily for sealing laminated sacks; i.e. polythene lined paper sacks, coated foils, papers and nylons. Both front and rear sealing jaws are heated for maximum heat penetration, manufactured in brass for even heat distribution over the jaw length.

Electronic temperature controller, continuously monitored by a thermocouple sensor accurately maintains temperature. A lockable control knob prevents accidental adjustment. The integral foot pedal mechanism allows maximum seal pressure to obtain high quality seals.

This model is found typically in food processing and power filling plants.
