ASTRAPAC - IMPULSE HEAT SEALER RANGE Bench Mounted Consort:
BENCH MOUNTED CONSORT (MANUAL) Supplied for table top use, this constantly heated manually operated jaw sealer is designed to work 24 hours a day. The consort B M is simple in construction and offers consistant and reliable seals. • Mechanical cable pedal operation.
Has the advantage of versatility over the basic chain pedal. It can be placed at any convenient point under the sealer within the limit of its one metre long cable (see inset). This feature is recommended when it is difficult for an operator to access the fixed chain pedal position. This mechanism also allows a greater seal pressure to be applied.
  • Non standard sealing jaws.
Generally manufactured in brass to suit an application, Flat faced, vertical crimp pattern and other profiles and pitches are available.
  • P.T.F.E. Coated sealing jaws.
A high temperature non stick Teflon coating is offered for working with coated Polypropylene’s and materials with a narrow sealing window. This option is also recommended for applications where it is likely that the inner coating may come into contact with the jaws.
