Primarily designed for welding thicker polythene's and co-extruded films, other thermoplastic films can be sealed on this unit, i.e. plastic laminated films e.g. Nylon/poly, Polyester/poly, etc.

The sealer is fitted with an electronic twin timer for control over both heat and cool cycles to ensure continuity of seal quality.

Operation of the sealer is simple, sealing is initiated when the jaws are closed on the film by depressing the integral foot pedal. A lamp indicates the duration of the seal cycle.

Standard machine finish is hard wearing powder coat, colour white. Other finishes and IP 54/65 version available.
