Major H.D. Heavy Duty (Manual) |
Designed to seal wider sections of heavy gauge polythene's, co-extruded and laminated thermoplastic films e.g. Nylon/poly, Polyester/poly, etc.
The Major H.D. series has both the upper and lower sealing jaws heated as standard, to ensure a quality seal. The feature of an isolator switch allows either of the sealing jaw to be turned on/off as required, when working with a variety of different thickness or types of film. Produced as a robust free standing cabinet style machine enables all machine mechanism, electrics and controls to be housed internally within the unit. Maximum seal pressure is achieved by the front facing integral foot pedal, (side action available as an option) which is linked to the sealing jaws. Controls comprise of an electronic twin timer for control over both heat and cool cycle, ensuring continuity of seal quality. Operation of the machine is simple, sealing is initiated when the jaws are closed on the film by depressing the foot pedal. A lamp indicates the duration of the seal cycle. The standard machine finish is hard wearing powder coat, colour white. Other finishes e.g stainless steel, Galvanised as well as higher levels of ingress protection i.e IP 54/65 versions available. |
