COURIER (FOOT OPERATED) |

Designed for continuous use, Courier it is suited to as wide range of applications, i.e. food processing, medical, engineering, and general packing.
High quality seals can be produced on polythene and other thermoplastic films.

The machine is available as either a bench top or free standing unit (see below).
The sealer is fitted with manually operated sliding safety cutter for use (when required) for trimming bags for a neat finish or making bags from layflat tube.

An electronic twin timer controls both heat and cool cycle to ensure a perfect seal every time.
br>
Courier is supplied complete with a chain operated foot pedal as standard for models 375, 500 and 625 with a mechanical cable pedal version (see option 1) on 750 and 1000 models.

A variety of options are available to increase the versatility of the sealer (see below).
Operation of the courier is simple, sealing is initiated when the jaws are closed on the film. A lamp indicates the duration of the seal cycle. Standard machine finish hard wearing powder coat colour white. Other finishes and IP 54/65 version available. |

| OPTION 1: Mechanical Cable Foot Pedal | |
| Note: Available as an option on models 375 and 625. Fitted as standard on 750 and 1000.
Has the advantage of versatility over the basic chain pedal. It can be placed at any convenient point under the sealer within the limit of its one metre long cable. This feature is recommended when packs to be sealed are large or awkward in shape, making it difficult for an operator to access the fixed position chain pedal. Note: Rear entry cable connection and non standard cable lengths are available as a special option. |

| OPTION 2: Automatic Hold Down | |
|
The feature of this option is that the jaws automatically remain closed for the duration of the seal cycle.
This removes operator control over heat and cool cycle, reducing fatigue ensuring a high quality seal every time.
Used in conjunction with front product support table (option 10) allows the operator to prepare the next bag during the seal cycle, thus speeding up the process.
Option 1 is also required with this feature. |
| OPTION 3: Basic Floor Stand | |
| Allows the sealer to be freestanding.
Constructed of rigid steel tube, mounted on self levelling feet.
Basic stand provides a seal height of 890mm.

| OPTION 4: Integral Foot Pedal | |
|
FOR USE WITH OPTION 3.
This option fixes the foot pedal integrally to the stand, improves machine portability. |
| OPTION 5: Floor Stand With Integral Film Roller | |
|
Twin support rollers locate the polythene tubing on the rear of the stand, this turns the sealer into a low cost simple bag maker.
Suitable for use with up to 30cm diameter reels.
Note: Film clamp (option 7) is included with this option. A heavy duty version of this stand is available for 50 kg reels (see later option). |

| OPTION 6: Film Roller Kit | |
|
Offered for table top use, twin support rollers locates polythene layflat tubing behind the sealer. Suitable for up to 30cm diameter reels. |
| OPTION 7: Film Clamp | |
|
Film clamp lightly traps polythene film when fed from the rear of the machine.
Note: Prevents film sliding back out of operator reach. |

| OPTION 8: Angled Mounting Brackets | |
|
Angles the sealer at 45 degrees.
Recommended for applications where free flowing/ liquid products have a tendency for spillage.
Note: Cable pedal (option 1) is required with this option. |
| OPTION 9: Wall Mounting Brackets | |
|
Allows the machine to be fitted to a wall etc in a fixed position.
Suitable where bags/sacks need to be sealed vertically, Ideal when space is of a premium.

|
A versatile adjustable robust product support table and integral floor stand.
Fully adjustable to cater for varying range of products.
A. Support plate to locate the bottom of the pack, adjustable from 200 - 360mm (standard). br> B. Table angle adjustable from 0 degrees to 45 degrees (three position). br> C. Table face to centre line of seal adjustable from 0 to 50mm. Note: Cable pedal (option 1) is required with this option. |
