Ranger is a precision cast lightweight portable hand tool designed primarily for welding heavy gauge polythene’s and a variety of other thermoplastic films i.e.
co extruded and plastic laminated films etc.
Ease of use and operator comfort are high priorities of the machine. The hand set features wide jaw opening, power on and seal cycle indicators lights for ease of monitoring. Ranger is available in a variety of sizes and is supplied with a quick release plug and socket allowing interchangeability of sealing heads. |

Both jaws are heated for a quick welding cycle and employ spring tensioned heating elements for long life. The control box features a self-compensating two stage electronic timer which eliminates manual adjustment of heat and cool cycles as work load varies. |
