The machine uses twin solenoids to actuate the closing of the sealing jaws, both of which are heated as standard. An adjustable two stage electronic timer provides control over the heat and cool cycles. The timer incorporates a self compensation feature, which eliminates adjustments of seal times as the work load varies.

Sealing head height is adjustable by way of a simple hand lift and locking collar. Operation is simple by use of an electric foot switch (push button version available on request).

Sealing is initiated when jaws are closed on the film, jaws open automatically once the seal cycle is complete.

For options and accessories see below. Standard machine finish is hard wearing white powder coat. Other finishes e.g. stainless steel, galvanised as well as higher levels of ingress protection i.e. IP 54/65 versions are available on request.
